Bugatti EB110 is sport car launched in 1991, on the 15 September to celebrate 110 years from birth of Ettore Bugatti, the founder of the company.

This supercar is powered by a powerful V12 engine with 60 valves and about 3.5 liters. The gearbox of EB110 is a six gear semiautomatic transmission with good speed for it’s time. The V12 engine is capable to offer a maximum of  543 horse power, the equivalent of 405 kilowatts at 7900 rpm. Bugatti EB110 is capable to a good acceleration reprises with a top performance by 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just about 3.4 seconds.

The car is very impressive and Michael Schumacher, the ex. Formula 1 driver if has one, for his use. The GT version of Bugatti EB110 is capable by a top speed of 345 km / hour, the equivalent of 214 mph. This car is still capable to fight with success against many actual sport cars.

The car was revolutionary in 1991, when it was launched because it use many aeronautical elements in fabrication process. The chassis of EB110 is built from carbon fibers and is produced by Aerospatiale France, a well known aeronautical company which produce rockets and airplanes. The suspension of the car is innovative too, with new elements introduced in componence.

Bugatti EB110 was produced in very limited edition with just about 126 models produced.

After a single year of production Bugatti decides to introduce, in 1992 another version, more sportive and with weight decreased. The new car was called EB110 SS Edition.

Bugatti EB110 SS (SuperSport) it has a improved version of the V12 engine, with good torque and more pure power. The engine is capable to move the car from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.2 seconds, performance better than Lamborghini Gallardo, produced in 2000 years !! The top speed of EB110 SS is better then previous version and is 349 km per hour, the equivalent of American 217 miles per hour.

Other cars based by the chassis and the body of a car of EB110 are B Engineering Edonis (the interior and the engine was totally redesigned) and Dauer EB110, another modified version of Bugatti’s supercar.

In 2005, after 14 years of production, the EB110 was retreat and replaced by another exotic car: Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4
