Scuderia Ferrari launches the F50 model to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Ferrari. This supercar was launched in 1995.
This incredible car it has beautiful body shape, with good aerodynamically report. Ferrari decides to produce this anniversary car in Limited Edition, with just 349 exemplars of this exotic car.
The engine it is special too, F50 is powered by a rear mounted engine. The capacity of the cylinders it’s about 4.75 liters with the effective power of 520 HP. The engine is a V12 with 60 valves. These characteristics and the aerodynamically characteristics make possible to obtain 100 km per hour in just 3.7 seconds.
Ferrari F50 uses technology from Formula 1 and Le Mans race cars. F50 it was produced in Modena factory. The car is very exclusive, a small part was sell in USA, France, Italy and Germany. The rest of pieces (about 300) was sell in Asia and the rest of the world.
Ferrari made some improvements for GT race car Ferrari F50 GT. This was a prototype with modified engine to obtain more power. The result was amazing: the engineers obtain about 750 horse power from this V12 engine.
The price of the car it was about 500,000 dollars in 1995, at F50 launch.
